Only nine countries have this privilege and these citizens can enter Egypt and stay in for over three months without a Visa. As for the others, well it depends on what type of travel you will have. For example, citizens of Australia, Canada or New Zealand could get obtain a Visa just after they arrive in Egypt.
In December 2017, Egypt started an eVisa program which allows more citizens to apply for both tourist and business Visas.
There are over 46 countries which can take advantage of that option, including all of the countries from the European Union. There is also another thing that is related to the Visa situation in Egypt and that is the different passports that the country has signed with other countries.
For example, as of February 2019, the Visa agreement with Lithuania for diplomatic passports was signed but hasn’t been ratified yet.
Egypt has signed an agreement with most of the countries in Europe, Asia and Australia for diplomatic, official, service and special passports.
